Project Description

We set out to modernize Craigslist, building a brand that feels safer, more trustworthy, and easier to use, while keeping the simplicity users love. Our research confirmed that Craigslist’s bare-bones design is part of its charm. But users also want a platform that feels secure, intuitive, and more human. We responded with a cleaner interface, smoother navigation, and the option to toggle back to the classic layout, offering flexibility without losing familiarity. To launch the new identity, we introduced the Craigslist Museum, a curated archive of unforgettable listings that celebrates the site’s legacy as the original peer-to-peer marketplace.

The "No Ordinary Finds" campaign transforms Craigslist into a more welcoming, community-driven space. By combining member verification with a modern design approach, we redefined the platform as a trusted place for meaningful exchanges and one-of-a-kind discoveries.
